Troubleshooting

01

Font not visible

Restart the target app, search by family name, then confirm the profile is still installed in Settings.

02

Profile will not install

Remove an older conflicting profile, confirm the font is supported, and generate a fresh profile in Fontbridge.

03

ZIP has no fonts

Check that the archive contains TTF, OTF, or TTC files and is not encrypted or nested unusually.

04

Document check is incomplete

Some document formats store font references in ways that cannot be confirmed. Treat uncertain results as a review prompt, not a guarantee.
